How We Source Data
IPOfins is built on publicly available regulatory and exchange disclosures. We do not repackage unofficial indicators such as grey market premium (GMP). Our goal is to make official data easier to search, compare, and understand.
IPO Data
IPO timelines, price bands, lot sizes, subscription status, and listing performance are compiled from authorized sources including SEBI, NSE, and BSE filings and exchange disclosures. Subscription figures are shown only when officially published.
Mutual Fund NAV
Fund names, categories, and NAV history are sourced from AMFI India daily NAV disclosures. We focus on Direct-Growth plans where applicable for fair comparison.
Monthly Holdings & Changes
Mutual fund portfolio holdings are parsed from monthly AMC disclosure files published on fund house websites, as mandated by SEBI. IPOfins normalizes fund names across AMCs, deduplicates overlapping files, and computes month-over-month additions, removals, and weight changes. Coverage grows as new AMC files are processed each month.
IPOfins Score
Where shown, the IPOfins Score is a quantitative rating based on available financials, valuation context, sector data, and issue structure. It is a research aid—not a buy or sell recommendation. Scores are only displayed when sufficient data is available.
Update Frequency

Limitations
Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain parsing errors despite validation checks. Always verify critical figures on official AMC, exchange, or regulatory websites before investing. See our disclaimer for full legal terms.
